Q: How long should my order take?

A: Each piece is made to order, however sometimes I do have some stock, so you can contact me directly to see if I have an item you love in stock if you want a piece immediately. I usually allow 4-6 weeks for delivery and if it is going to take longer, I will let you know. If you want a piece for a specific date let me know when you place your order and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Q: How do I choose the right present for that special occasion?

A: There have been patterns, for example for an anniversary, wedding and couple celebrations the hares are very popular. The foxes and fairies are very popular are memorials for loved ones who have passed to commemorate their lives. If your loved ones have a favourite animal, I am delighted to work with you and design a piece specially for you. 

Q: Are you able to ship worldwide?

A: Yes, each piece is easily shipped. Shipping costs will be added at the checkout and this includes packaging and insurance. I ship with a courier to ensure that your piece arrives safely and in good time.

Q: How should I install my piece?

A: Many pieces can sit beautifully on grass or on a patio or wherever you prefer to see them live.

Q: Will they weather in the elements and how should I mind it?

A: All my pieces have been made in metal that is the medium that I choose for its resilience to the great outdoors but I would recommend that a metal protector is applied to the pieces a couple of times a year.

Q: Can you do a bespoke piece and how much will it cost?

A: I love to do bespoke pieces and that is always so fun for me, I will give you a quote based on what you want, and it will depend on the size and the materials used. I do charge a 50% deposit up front and the balance (and shipping costs if applicable) is due 2 weeks prior to completion.
