I was delighted to receive a commission to develop an installation for theatre lane dance studios. This work is now on public display and I hope you get the chance to see these fairies. This was the first male fairy that I made and the first time I made polyomide clay faces. I did this as the commission was directed at children and I felt that it was important for them to see faces. They are made from high grade stainless steel and copper and will last a lifetime inside or outside.
The Celtic couple are on public view at the Theatre Lane Dance studios Greystones.
Despite the rain all the little fairies were well wrapped and dry out in force as they searched for the clues around the woods. I enjoyed the day but back to work tomorrow in the studio making more fairies… All fairies made to order. Made from high grade stainless steel and will last a lifetime in your garden.
Lots of lifts from Eddie in the front loader to get the girls up but they are high up in the canopy now !!Looking forward to there launch this Sunday!! Have your fairy wings and wellies ready!!!!
I am delighted to be working with the Wells House Team on a fairy walk in the garden and grounds of this lovely house. This is my first permanent public work that I hope you can come and enjoy!!!! Wells House are holding a special day of family fun on Sunday the 21st Feb. Be the first to spot the new fairies…
This is Flo she is a stainless steel wire fairy made from different gauges of stainless steel wire. She will live happily in your garden or home and will sparkle for a lifetime. Stainless steel wire is very hard wearing and does not rust. Flo is 90cm from toe to top of the wing and 70cm wing tip to wing tip. She weights around 3kg and could easily be shipped.
